Electrical link fitting for power transmission line is used to link suspension clamp or tension clamp to the insulator, or to link insulator and ground wire clamp to the tower arms in power transmission and distribution lines.
Descriptions of link fitting:
Electrical link fitting material: cast iron or forged iron and then hot dip galvanized.
Mechanical strength of electrical fitting: 70KN, 100KN, 120KN, 160KN, 200KN and above.
Link dimension of electrical link fitting: 16mm, 20mm, 24mm according to IEC standard.

There are many types of electrical link fitting, such as: ball eye, ball clevis, socket tongue, socket eye, socket-clevis, anchor shackle, eye chain link, clevis, clevis tongue, extension link, U-bolt, adjusting plate, sag adjusted plate, yoke plate, turnbuckle and other electric power fitting.
Some types of socket clevis are made of malleable iron, and some types of socket clevis are made of casting steel or forged steel. The security clips are made of bronze or stainless steel, and cotter pins are made of stainless steel. All ferrous parts are hot-dip galvanized.
